Using Health Hut’s integrated online training mobile app to record your pictures, weight and measurements, it will be giving you a week-by-week boost, helping to track your progress and making it easy for us to spot any changes that need to made early on.
Assessment by an Expert Trainer
When you sign up, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire which helps us to establish your goals and lifestyle and your 'fit for exercise' check, in person or online.
If you are unsure or missed some key information in your 1-2-1 PT session , have no fear... you get full access to our private video library, that shows you step by step how to perform each training exercise. Incorrect form will become a thing of the past.
Full access to Health Hut’s private facebook forum. Ask any questions you want and interact with other group members, join group challenges and meet new people if you wish. Direct access to your Personal Trainer through our app or IM, we are here to answer any of your concerns.

We ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed, a great tool to track this is MyFitnessPal, offering a free version. With your permission, this app can be linked to your account to monitor your progress moving forward.
This way we can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.
